Can't add a new contact - Office 2003

I installed the upgrade Outlook 2003 from Office 2003 and imported the
Contacts from Office XP Pro.

Now, whenever I try to ADD a new contact, after entering the details and
pressing Enter, the screen blinks quickly and I get the error message that
the folder size is too small and I am not allowed to add a new entry.

The details entered are - of course - not there.

Any ideas of what has happened and how to fix it?

BTW, Outlook Business Tools is installed and active.

I just ran it this problem also.

Brand new Dell with Office 2003 and Business Contacts Manager.
Updated Windows XP, Office 2003 and BCM.

Client cannot ADD a new contact. Same error message as your report.

I am going to try removing BCM.
