when I recieve email in outlook2002 I can see the persons
name in the 'from' field, but can not add it to my
contacts - there is no feature to do this. And if I
click reply, it just puts the 'display name' and not the
email address in the reply so I can not send them replies.
The only way to fix this is to ask them to type their
email address in the body of the email message and then
add it to my contacts list.
Is this a bug? Or a design feature??!!
