Can't add contact

Using Windows xp home and office 2000, but recently
upgraded Outlook to 2002 with software supplied with
Pocket PC. All windows updates are installed. If I try
to add a new contact or look at the Outlook properties I
get a "Outlook experienced an error......Send
report/don't send report".

This only occurs on one of the three accounts on the PC.
I hope somone can help.
