I created custom fields and built the ASK in a document two months ago.
That template still works. Now on the same machine the "Add" button
remains gray, and I can't add a field in any document or template.
Would a recent security patch patch have messed this up? I have checked
every option I can think of to check, and checked in at least a dozen
groups... no one else seems to have has asked his.
