Can't add, delete or modify database

I am using FP03, Server2003, IIS6 and 2002 FPSE. I uploaded an Access db,
created and tested a valid connection and then ran the wizard creating
ASP.Net pages.

I am able to browse the files in the db from the Results and Editor pages,
but I am unable to add, delete or modify the records. I get the generic
error - “The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server
administrator.â€

When I check the server logs its showing me a 401 permissions error. I am
the admin for this server and the RWD permissions are in place. Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks

The *folder* where the Access database resides needs to allow Change access
to whatever account the Web server is using; typically one of the local
accounts IUSR_<computername> or ASPNET.

This is so access can create and delete its .ldb file.
