Can't add modules to system already installed

Hello

I installed Office 2003 on a new computer a few months ago and I now need to
install some additional components which are optional like the 'convert to
text' module in Outlook, the 'translate' module in Word, or the VBA help
module in Office.

The problem is that no matter what I now try to install off the CD, it
produces an error without any further information.

What can I do please?
