Can't add subweb. Help!

Greetings: Can't get subweb "Thanks" added to my website "art-one.us/". I
use FP2002. Had no problem before with other webs. I need the "Thanks"
subweb to conform with PayPal requirement to customers ordering prints.
Thanks. Will pay mechanic to set me straight. (e-mail address removed)

Check with your host to see if your account allows the creating of subwebs. The account must have
the FP extensions.
