Can't Add Task

I'm have a Windows 2003 Server with Exchange 2003. The
client has OL2000. When she tries to add a new task, she
get the message "Could not complete the operation. One
or more parameter values are not set." I tried looking at
technet and nothing seems to fit. Is this a bug in OL2000?
