Can't add the resources to the Enterprise Resource Pool

Hello,
I saw some previous discussions about adding resources to the Enterprise
pool, but when I go to Tools/Enterprise Options the "Open Enterprise Resource
Pool" wouldn't even show? Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Thanks!

There could be several causes:

-- You are not logging into Project Server when you launch Microsoft Project
Professional. To solve this, launch Microsoft Project Professional and then
click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server Accounts.
Click the Add button, enter an Account Name and your Project Server URL, and
then click the Test Connection button. Select the "Set as default account"
option and click OK. Select the "Manually control connection state" option
and then click OK. Close and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional and
then click the Connect button.

--You are logging into Project Server through Microsoft Project
Professional, but you are not a member of the Administrators group. If this
is the case, ask your Project Server administrator to add you to the
Administrators group.
