Can't bind to a usercontrol property

Hi folks,

I have a VB6 user control that I put on an Outlook form. I'd like to
syncronize an Outllok item's property and usercontrol value. But I get an
"Application internal error" when I get into the usercontrol property page
and select a property I want to bind to and press Apply.
I am binding a user defined Outlook property of type Text to a
usercontrol property of type String. Am I missing something here?
