Can't built OLAP Cube

Pls Help,I've got:Windows2000 server,Exchange2000,SQL2000,Project Server2003
SP1,Update for the DB of the project.I have the following problem,when i try
to built an OLAP cube in PWA the process starts bun in the servers log I'm
getting an error which is:
