Can't change existing 2003 Pro install - PRO11.MSI

I searched around for references to the PRO11.MSI file and while I
found some articles that mention it, none seemed to be the same as the
problem I'm having.

Basically, I've installed Office 2003 Pro from a set of MSDN Universal
discs (DVD). Now I want to change some of the installation options (add
themes and clip manager), so I go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove -> MS
Office Pro 2003 and I click the Change button.

I get the dialog asking me which features I want to add/remove and then
it starts working. I then get prompted for PRO11.MSI. I pointed to the
local MSOCache location, as well as that specific file on the DVD. In
each case, it tells me that it can't find the file and then the
installation backs out and quits. I've tried copying that file to my
local drive and pointing to it there... no dice.

Any idea why the Office installer doesn't care for me?
