Can't change font settings when printing emails.

How can I change the font size and type when printing an email?

Even though I have changed the font print size and type in preferences, nothing happens when printing, the fonts are huge and they take up a couple pages where in Microsoft Outlook I can change the outgoing print font size and type.

Are these messages sent in plain text or HTML?

I am having the exact same issue. It is driving me crazy. I have been to HELP, have tried setting preferences, font sizes, nothing works. Fonts print out huge! Yet, the same email on my pc using Outlook - prints just fine. One page instead of 3.

Most messages I receive are html - some text.
