Can't change margins

I have a client that recently upgraded to Access 2003 and have all the most
recent updates. The margins on all of their reports are all screwed up and
you can't change the margins.

I got a copy of the database and it works fine for me (Access 2003
11.5614.5606) - the margins are normal, .5 inches all around, and I am able
to change the margins.

Any ideas?

No need to reply to this - I found a solution:

The first thing to check is that you have the right printer
set as the Windows Default Printer (you might need to select
a different printer and then change it back).

If you can not change the margins at all, it usually means
you need to refresh/reinstall your printer driver.
