When I attempt to resend a message that has bounced back (usually from
invalid email address), I am unable to change the recipient. I open the
bounce back msg, click "Send Again," remove the original recipient, and paste
the email address of the new recipient into the "Resend To:" field. I BCC:
myself to make sure the email sends, and always see that the original
recipient is retained and the new recipient is discarded in the subsequent
email.
I have tried also entering the email address into the "Resend CC" field and
get the same results.
I haven't been able to figure out if this is an error on my end or a fault
of the program. Any ideas?
