I am familiar with Access 2003 and new to 2007. I am using Access
2007
I have a form that I have created, and I want to set the size myself.
When I open the form from the Object Browser, the form opens maximized
so that I can not grab the frame to resize it. When I switch to
Design View, the form is in the same state. So I tried to change the
Width property in the Property Sheet. When I tab out of the Width
field, it resets back to the undesired max width.
Here are some other property settings which may be of interest:
Auto Center: No
Auto Resize: No
Fit to Screen: No
Border Style: Sizeable
Control Box: Yes
Close Button: Yes
Min Max Buttons: Both Enabled
Despite these settings, I can only see the form in its tab, maximized,
and no Min Max buttons appear.
I am certain that the solution is elementary. I just haven't got wind
of it yet.
Thanks in advance.
