Can't check in projects

Newbie having a wierd problem.

I have 50 or so small projects that are saved in project server. I've
created a master file that is saved locally on my workstation. I have been
working/testing with the master project for 2 weeks and everything seemed to
be running well.

Last week, I opened up the master file then tried to expand one of the
sub/linked projects. A window popped up stating that the project was already
opened read/write. (Odd since I'm the only one using project for the moment)
I logged in to \\Project server\Admin and attempted to force all projects to
be checked in. Problem is, under \\Project Server (pwa) none of the projects
(and resources) are shown as being checked out. This is driving me nuts as I
can't edit any of the projects.

Just prior to this, I had been deleting some duplicate resouces. I also had
edited my login name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

I think I figured this out.

I had changed my Login name in PWA. (I just added my last name).
Apparently this caused the issue. Reverting my Login back to just my first
name allows me to see all the projects under \Admin so I can check them in.

What's odd is that even logging in under administrator still did not allow
me to check the projects in. I'm assuming that if projects are checked out
and you delete or change the users login, you will lose the ability to edit
those projects.
