Can't close Personal Folder in Outlook 2003

S

sheana

I have Outlook 2003. When I open it, by default Outlook3.pst opens up. I
have 4 .pst files, and would like to open them in numerical order,
Outlook.pst, Outlook1.pst, Outlook2.pst and Outlook3.pst.

How do I get the Personal folder with the "Outlook Today" icon on it to
close? Thanks in advance,

sheana

You need to set a different personal folder as the default delivery
location.

How do I set a different folder as the default delivery location? Thanks
in advance,

Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select the delivery location in the drop-down
at the bottom. Stop and restart Outlook. "Outlook Today" will then be the
selected folder set.
