Can't connect from PP to PS

When I try to connect from Project 2003 Pro to Project
Server 2003 I get the error:
Incompatible Codepages
Project has detect incompatible codepages.
The Project Server is using Codepage 1252.
Your Computer is using Codepage 1250

How can I change Codepage on Project Server ?
