Can't connect from Project Server to SharePoint Service

I have a problem to connect SharePoint Service 2003 and
Project Server 2003.
Server name and port number are correct.
And when I want Save changes I have an error(I don't know
how exactly it sound in english, but it's something like
this):
"On Web server with running Windows SharePoint Service,
there's missing a Workspace template Project program. Run
your Wizard Configuration Sharepoint on Web server with
running Windows SharePoint service and then update
connection information."

What could be a reason of that message?

Please, help.

Did you run the Sharepoint Wizard from the Project Server Disk?

Thanks, I thought that the Wizard is on SharePoint disk
and I couldn't find it.
