can't connect project server in project pro with windows account

Hi all

I have built a Project Server 2003 and I use a project account to
connect project server in project 2003 pro,it's ok
but I use a windows account to connect,it's failed
The first,I connect project server,and appeared "server not
respond",so I enable the base authentication in IIS,and the erro is
not appeared
then I input the password,but other erro
display"。。。。。。。。（5003）"


how can I do it??
