can't connect through ProjPro

I've been through several postings that referenced this
issue, but have yet to find a solution to the problem that
has affected only two of our users. The issue is that they
can authenticate to PWA using a windows account OR using a
Project Server account, but cannot authenticate through
Project Professional. They receive a http 401.2"You are
not authorized to view this page error message" when
trying to access. We can copy the url from the Project
Account dialog box and paste it into a web browser - it
works in the web browser but not in Project Pro.

Any suggestions on what to check? It must be some type of
desktop setting, because as a test, I have set them up
with a Project Server account and can successfully connect
from my workstation.

Thanks in advance.

yup - added it to the trusted sites, with a low security
level.

Have you added the http://[project server url] to your
trusted sites on that workstation?
