Can't connect to Pjt Pro 2007 from PWA

I recently installed Pjt Svr 2007 and find that although I can connect to Pjt
Svr from a Pjt Pro 2007 client, I can't launch Pjt Pro 2007 from PWA. I get
the error message:
"The operation could not be performed as it requires Microsoft Office
Project Professional 2007. Make sure that Project is installed on this
machine and that a profile to this server exists. If Project is currently
running, ensure tht it is logged on to this server and that there is no
dialog open."
I'd appreciate any advice.

Did you actually create the Project Server login account in Project
Professional 2007? If not, you MUST do this. Launch Project Professional
2007, click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts and then create the login account. Hope this helps.

Many thanks for your response. Yes, I had created the Project Server login
account. I tried changing the "account name" in the "Project Server
Accounts" dialog in Pjt Pro 2007 to the PWA login, but that didn't work
either. I'm using Windows authentication, although neither the client or the
server is part of a domain. Don't know if that matters, though.

The technical side of Project Server 2007 is not my speciality, but I
suspect that not being a part of a domain may be the source of your problem
You may wish to repost your original message and include the fact that you
are not part of a domain. That way our technical folks can take a stab at
your question.
