Can't connect to sharepoint

I have realized that during an installation of sharepoint services, the URL
for site creation was entered incorrectly. I have connected to the PWA Admin
page, clicked manage windows sharepoint services and have tried to change the
URL, but on saving changes, it keeps giving an error that Project can't
connect to the web server specified.

Can anyone please advise me on how to change this url to point to the
correct location?
