Cant convert Access 2003 reports to Word, Excel

I inslall Office 2003 Pro with standart options on new PC with XP SP2 .

When I previewing Report in Access in my database, I can not convert report
to Word or Excel. When I push convert to word ("W" button) I get the message
"Could not find server database. Please verify database name". And Excel
("X" button) sais , that
OLE server is not registred.

There is no such problem with the same Access database on old PC with the
same Office 2003 Pro.

Problem exists only on new installed computers.
I try to include "additional wizards" in Access installation options , but
that was't help.

Any help, any sugesstions will be glad.
