Can't copy spreadsheet data

Hello,

Whenever I try to paste a spreadsheet into Access, I get the following
error:
The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object
'[xls$R1C1:R94C6]'. Make sure the object exist and that you spell its name
and the path correctly.
