Can't create file: Olktmp.ics (when trying to forward an icalendar)

Using Outlook 2003.

I click on Action/Forward Icalendar and I get an error
message stating. "Can't Create File: OLKTMP.ICS Right-click
the folder you want to create the file in then..... check the
permissions...."

I haven't bee able to solve this, any ideas?
