Hello,
I have Outlook 2003 SP2 on an XP pro platform with all latest patchs
updated. While I have Outlook 2003 open and as my default email client, I
attempt to click on any "mail to: (e-mail address removed)" email link from any
website, I get an error message saying "Can't create item error" message
dialog box. I have tried a detect and repair of Outlook and it reports
successfully complete repair. I have deleted the "c:\documents and
settings\username\local settings\applicatin
data\microsoft\forms\frmcache.dat" file. Rebooted and opened outlook 2003.
Same issue occurs. What steps need to be taken further to resolve this
issue. TIA.
