Can't create new page, section, notebook, paste etc...

Recently my OneNote just acting weird, when I call it, I just cant do
anything with it other than reading. I cant create new page, sub page,
section, notebook, cant move page around, cant paste. Its looks like OneNote
is read only.

Here is screenshot showing the menu disabled

Are you using a trial? Did you activate OneNote?
