Can't create resource after SP2a

Hi,
after installing SP2 and SP2a we can't create a resource from AD. Using
WEBfrontend we're getting the follwoing errors in the eventlog:

Although I'm sketchy on German translation, I suspect that you either failed
to run the database upgrade script or ran it incorrectly or applied it to
the wrong database.

i've run the upgrade script two time. Always ending with "Upgrade
sucessfully".
Maybe a problem with the german language?

Is the a chance to remove SP2a and install again?

i've installed the german SP2a on an german project server.
I think it is the correct language.

Can i reinstall this sp?

Well, it just so happens that the US Microsoft Project Conference begins
this week in Seattle, so if nobody else jumps in with some experience with
the German version, at least I'll be able to ask some folks about this for
you over the next couple of days.

Are you absolutely certain that you're running the script against the
correct database? I trust you are, but these posts often are the result of
running it against the Master database or something like that.

Hi,

I've just done a few more tests.
I installed Project Server 2003 (without any sp) on a clean machine and i
didn't found the table TEMP_ASSIGNMENTS (see error message). There was no
table starting with "TEMP_". Then i installed SP2a and run the upgdb112.cmd
against the new database. Again no table starting with "TEMP_".

So i'm wondering what these tables in my current database are good for?

Could it be that these tables belong to the sp2 which is no longer available?

I've installed the sp2 a couple of days before sp2a was available.

Hi Gary,

i've done a few more investigations and now i got it.

The tables TEMP_ASSIGNMENTS ; TEMP_Resources etc. belong to the PDS
Reference. It looks like that PDS is not compatible with SP2. So i removed
the tables starting with "TEMP_" and removed all triggers regarding the TEMP_
tables. No i'm able to create a resource from the web client.
