Can't customize Outlook Today

When I click on the "Customize Outlook Today . . ."
button nothing happens. I believe there is a conflict
between Outlook 2000 and an IE 6.0 security setting but I
cannot remember how to fix it. Can anyone help?

There is a fix that can be done by editing the registry
but I cannot remember where to do it.
