I'm a local IT guy for my company and can't fix a problem for an employee.
We are using Outlook 2003. The employee is the secretary to a Manager, and
was given access to his Calendar. He has since moved on, but we cannot get
rid of his Calendar.
Under File>Open, both the current Manager and previous Manager's Calendars
are visible. The previous Manager has revoked permissions to his Calendar,
and we cannot see any items in it. However, when the secretary makes
appointments and receives replies, the previous Manager also receives all of
the replies.
We think we have tried everything to stop this annoyance from happening - we
even had an admin check things out in Exchange System Manager. As far as
everyone can tell, all ties are cut, but he continues to receive
notifications.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
