can't Decline

I have a client that is crashing their copy of Outlook
2001 for the Mac each time they click the decline
button on a e-mail meeting invite. This account can be
opened on another computer and the same problems
happen on other workstation also.
Any idea on how to fix this issue? Does the account on
the exchange server need to be fixed in some way?
Other users can send and respond to meeting request
with no problems just this one user.
