can't delete button from toolbar

Hi

I can't delete a button (for a macro, which I added myself a long time ago) from the Standard toolbar. Actually, I can command-drag it off the toolbar, but then when I click OK in the Customize dialog, it reappears again! What can I do to really get rid of it? Help

FYI, I'm using OS 10.3 and Word 10.1.5. Thanks
