Can't delete calendars

In trying to get calendars to show up in both Entourage 2004 (11.3.4) AND
Outlook Web Access, I¹ve now got two calendars on my Exchange server (and a
separate one on my Mac, but I ignore that one).

However, only one shows up in Outlook Web Access. Since I want all my events
to be created in the useable calendar, I¹d like to delete the other
calendar. Of course, the Delete option is grayed out for this calendar, and
every new event goes into this non-OWA calendar.

I¹d settle for new events to go into my ³good² calendar and ignore the other
one, but I can¹t find how to set that up either.

Would multiple identities make a calendar non-deleteable?
