can't delete file

I unintalled a program and can't get it to totally
uninstall. It won't let me delete the file...
MWSSRCAS.DLL it says access denied. how do I delete it.

Sorry, wrong newsgroup.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application and not
general computer access. Suggest you try one of the Windows newsgroups.

You can try to boot up in DOS mode and delete the file but I would be very
reluctant trying to delete a DLL file as it can be used by other apps.
Unless you know absolutely sure, I suggest leaving DLL files alone.
