cant' delete incoming messages in OE5

I'm not able any more to delete incoming messages in my Inbox (Outlook
Express 5) - I always
get the message "can't delete the message".

For the moment y move the message manualy to the box Sent Messages - from
ther y can move
them to the box "deleted messages" and finnaly from here I'm able to delete
my messages.

Is there anybody who can help me with this problem ??
