Can't delete Office 2000 OEM Ver.

Have none OEM Ver of Office 200 Pro. I want to install.

For some reason the Old OEM Ver. will not delete and when
I install the new Ver. the old OEM Ver. still comes up on
my screen and then freezes.

It won't go beyond the splash screen.

How do I get rid of the OEM ver. I noticed that the OEM
number is still in the Reg. too.

I'm not a computer expert but take direction well. Thank
you.
