can't delete one record

I have a database that keeps track of clients when they go
to meetings and meeting notes. I have a form with client
name, SS# and program name, i then have a subform that
contains the meeting information (time, date, group title
etc.)

My problem is there is a client that has 48 meeting
records and record #46 can't be edited or deleted. when i
go to meeting record #46 and try to delete or edit, i get
the following message "the search key was not found in
any record". if i create a new meeting record i can, but
i need to delete this one. Any suggestions are greatly
appreciated
