How does one completely disable Outlook Junk Mail filtering?
We have tried to disable it from inside Outlook (by clicking on the disable
button, removing all rules, and clearing out the blocked senders list).
Thinking that the above may effect only client-side rules, we have then also
done the comparable process by logging into Outlook Web Access and turning
off junk mail filtering, in hopes that this would clear out any server-side
filtering.
We have also installed the Outlook Group Policy template and turned off the
junk mail filtering.
We had at one time been running Intelligent Message Filtering (IMF) on the
Exchange Server, but that is now disabled.
Perhaps the most inexplicable piece of this junk mail filtering problem is
that email is consistently junked that comes from our sister company.
