Can't disable send/receive group account

Hi all

I can't persuade Outlook 2002 to disable a particular
account I use only when I'm dialing in on the road.

The Knowledge Base says I should disable automatic
send/receive on start up, but that doesn't fix the problem
in fact.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
