I have a Project site set up and there are some documents in the Shared
Documents area. We are hitting this site from about four different locations
(buildings) scattered across the state. I am the Administrator of the
project and from my location I can hit the project through PWA and then
Documents>Shared Documents and I see the list of documents and everything is
just fine.
However, if I log on to a machine in one particular building, when I click
on Shared Documents I get a "The page cannot be displayed" error. Another
user in that building gets the same thing. Tasks show up as well as
everything else. The only thing that doesn't show up are the documents and
it is only these two machines. I have checked the IE settings and made sure
that the ones on the both machines there match mine here. I've added the
site to the Trusted sites. No luck.
If I go straight to the SharePoint site associate with the project instead
of going through PWA, the list of documents shows up. For example, I go to:
http://servername/sites/projectserver_116/default.aspx and then click on
Shared documents everything shows up.
Any ideas? Thanks.
