Are there any issues with creating web componenets in office 2000 and someone displaying them with office 2003. I have installed the owc11.exe on the machine, but I still can't view the component.
Office2k shipped OWC9. Office2003 shipped OWC10 and OWC11. So in your case, user who installed Office2003 cannot view pages created in Office2k unless they install OWC9 from Office2k
