Can't Download a template

I'm trying to download a time and billing Access template. After I click
the link to "Download", Access will launch and then give me the error "Access
can't find the database H:\filename". I am on a network, and my "My
Documents" folder is designated as virtual drive letter H:\. How can I
download the template simply to my C:\ folder, so I can navigate to it
myself? Thanks!

I am also trying to download an access template. It seems to work but does
not add to the template file. what am I doing wrong?
