Can't download exchange offline address book in outlook 2007

problem man

When I downloaded the offline address book in outlook 2007, error happens,
code: "0x80072F0D". Even though firewall was disable, the problem still
persisted. Please advise how to fix it.

I tested in outlook 2003 and didn't have this problem.
