Can't download Hotmail in express

I can't seem to get my hotmail in Outlook express. I get
this message:

de HTTP-server. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Reactie van server: 'Service
Unavailable', Poort: 0, security(SSL): no, Foutnummer:
0x800CCCF0

what do I do wrong?

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
