can't download messages from Yahoo server to my Outlook

Outlook 2002 working fine but stopped receiving messages for no know reason.
I can't download my messages from Yahoo account to Outlook. Outlook seems to
connect with Yahoo, the Send/Receive Status gets up to 100%, but then I get
the following:

Task 'pop.bizmail.yahoo.com - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x8004060C) : 'Unknown Error 0x8004060C'

I can access messages on Yahoo. I've run a check on the .pst file and it is
okay.
