cant download office 2007 trial

When I fill out the registration form I.E. name, address etc... and select
country(US)
it clears all fields of the info I filled in and resets the country field
back to default, country/region. Microsoft has not been very helpful with
this issue. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. I have tried every solution suggested by
Microsoft and nothing works. They don't seem to understand that the whole
problem seems to revolve around the country code. I am still frustrated, but
at least now I know I'm not the only one having this problem. Misery loves
company?
