cant download office xp

i cant completley download office xp. when i start to it
says it needs this core system and data access components.
but when it downloads it says it cant find this certain
cabinet file

I'm assuming you mean "install" since you can't legally "download" Office. Try
copying the CD to a folder on your hard drive and running setup from there.
You can, of course, delete it when you're done.
