I have installed the PWA 2007 add-in on my Outlook 2003 SP3 before,
but now I can't.
I close Outlook and go to PWA 2007 > Personal Settings > Set Up
Outlook Sync.
Click the Download Now button. It downloads and when I run the
install every option I have tried completes successfully.
I can pick either Reinstall or Repair, or Uninstall and they all
appear to complete okay.
But when I launch Outlook and go to Tools > Options there is no PWA
tab to complete the configuration.
I have seen the post on deleting entries in the Registry after I
remove the Add-in and I tried it, but I still never see a PWA tab on
my Outlook Tools > Options screen.
My Outlook Tools > Options > Other tab > Advanced Options > COM Add-in
window is completely empty.
Are there instructions or a post anywhere on how to recover from this?
